Mr. Olukayode Fehintola
An experienced finance and sales professional, a graduate of Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro and National Open University of Nigeria. He joined GlaxoSmithkline Nigeria Plc. in 2013 as an Assistant Inventory Accountant, worked with Guaranty Trust Bank in Transaction Service Unit as Teller officer from 2014 to 2015, worked with MLT Global as a sales/procurement manager for three years and later moved to Kingdom Heritage Model School as an Accountant in 2017, and thereafter joined the La Casera Company Plc in sales supporting team as sales process and control officer.

An experienced organic and conventional crop farmer, a sea foods processing professional with a degree in Biochemistry from the University of Benin and a certified Agroprenuer from Osun State Agricultural Training School. He joined Atlantic Shrimpers Farm Limited in 2016 as a Processing Plant Production Supervisor and also worked with Alkem Nigeria Limited as Quality Control Technician. He is a farm project execution expert. He is passionate about crop and animal production, food processing and R&D.

He is a product of two most valuable systems of Education, i.e the Polytechnic and University. He has Master’s Degree in Food Science & Technology from the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA), Ondo State, Nigeria. He has over 27 years experience as an academic staff at the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro, Ogun State. He is the Zonal Coordinator (Ogun Zone) of the prestigious Nigerian Institute of Food Science & Technology (MNIFST). Presently, he is a Principal Lecturer as well as Head of Department, Food Technology, Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro, where he teaches Courses in Food Storage, Processing & Preservation, Food Quickly Control, Food Legislation, Factory Laws & Safety, Canning Technology among others.
He is also a Principal Consultant of ABISMACK & ASSOCIATES ,a Management Consulting Firm and have facilitated severally for Companies in the area of Safety, Health & Well-being, HACCP, Productivity Improvement Course, etc. He has to his credits,two major Text books in Food Science & Technology and has presented several papers both nationally and international.
